4. Payments & Refund Policy
- Payments must be made as agreed before project initiation unless otherwise stated.
- Due to the nature of digital consulting services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- Any refund consideration will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
